By purchasing Globotech Design website, you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions which apply to all of the websites Globotech design’s and programs.
From here Globotech Design will be referred to as ‘WE’
You the client will be referred to as ‘YOU’
1. We refuse the right to refuse design, programming, and hosting services to any website that we deem to have inappropriate content, or infringes on Copyright or Canadian Law.
2. All material provided by you, will remain your property. Copyright will apply to any text, images, or ideas that are submitted to Globotech design for the construction of your website.
3. We will make every effort to design pages that will display and perform to an acceptable standard on all web browsers, however performance cannot be guaranteed and will not be responsible for a browser that cannot support the pages.
4. As a courtesy we will submit your website to three search engines: Google™ Yahoo™ and Live™ any other optimization services and marketing will be made on a separate agreement.
5. Globotech design will not be responsible if a Search Engine, On line directory, or otherwise does not display your website.
6. Globotech Design will not submit your website to the internet to be viewed by public until your final approval has been received.
7. If at any time you choose to terminate your website with Globotech design the right is yours, however the remainder of the one year contract will be due.
8. Any NSF (not sufficient funds) Payment returned to Globotech design will be subject to a $25.00 administration charge.
9. Globotech Design will update your website subject to the hosting package you have selected. Any updates over and beyond the allocated number of updates will be subject to a update charge.
10. Globotech Design reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.
Globotech Design reserves the right to change or alter any of the contents of the Terms and Conditions.
